The leather is nice and the zippers are heavy duty. I like the storage capacity and the outside pockets, which are all zippered. I agree that the value is good but I had to modify this bag because it is not very solid on a sissy bar – in my case, a Sportster sissy bar which is only 7 inches wide at the base. The bag is very limp and the mounting straps don’t secure the bag very well. It’s loose and moves around too much for my liking. I bought a plastic trash can, cut off the top and bottom of it, then stuffed it in the bag. Now it has a shape as pictured, even when empty. I also created a wooden bracket which fits snuggly around the sissy bar and mounts to the bag with screws, connected to an inside metal bracket (which I added) inside the bag. There’s a leather piece that sandwiches the sissy bar between the bag and itself, so the wooden bracket is not seen. It’s a keeper but it needs some improvement in my opinion.
